Rules and Regulations

Acknowledgment of the following  legal instructions is mandatory for all students. The application form should be signed only after reading and agreeing to it.The principal has the right to expel them if they do anything illegal.

  1. It is obligatory to perform the five Times prayers in congregation along with Takbiratul Ihram. If he skips the Jamaat once or twice, he will be specially awakened and if he repeats the same, he will be expelled from the institution.
  2. Every student should recite one Jus’ Qur’an with Thajveed after Subuh Prayer. This too will be under the supervision of an Hazrath.
  3. For new academic year classes, new students should report to the college before Shawwal 11 and old students before 16. If there is any variation from the fixed date it will be announced. 
  4. Both Shafi’i and Hanafi’i have to grow a beard and trim the mustache as a sign of Islam. The beard should not be less than a handful. A haircut must be done every month.

  5. One should stay away from making quarrels, if such incidents occur from anyone, one should inform the principal or other teachers  and refrain from reacting by oneself.

  6. Compulsorily all students should study lessons in the College Dars Hall between Isha – Maghrib and after Isha prayer till 10.30. It will be supervised by a teacher and attendance will be taken.
  7. Students participate correctly in all their classes. The principal will have the power to impose additional punishment and expel if  necessary to those who miss more attendance.
  8. Promotion to higher classes is only possible if the total attendance of classes is 90% of the working day.
  9. Students who become ill must inform the class teacher in person or through other students before the class. Otherwise attendance will be forfeited.

  10. It is permissible to go out of the Baqiyath Masjid after Asr prayer and must return to the mosque for Maghrib prayer. 

  11. Smoking, consumption of intoxicants, etc. must be strictly prohibited. Any student found to be indulging in such activities from the room or the college compound will be immediately expelled from the institution. 

  12. The use of cell phones is strictly prohibited, and students will be provided such facilities within the institution.
